Problem
A leading steel manufacturing company wanted to track the location of workers in the underground tunnel, which contained high temperature & harmful gases, due to which the worker’s safety was at risk when they entered the tunnel to work. This sometimes resulted in worker feeling uneasy, falling unconscious & also death in the worst case. Previously, all the tracking was done manually which resulted in harm to Life, Increase in people safety tracking time, no knowledge of exact location of workers in case of emergencies and inefficient utilization of resources. Also, there was no software for historical analysis.
Solution
Coin pro devices are fixed at certain distances. FIND wristbands were given to employees who work in basement. When someone presses panic button due to some problems, buzzer placed at the entrance near gateway will start buzzing. Similarly, if anyone were to fall down/become inactive/motionless- we get an instantaneous hooter alert in addition to alerts on the Software Dashboard.
